Zuma Rock is a huge natural monolith about 725 metres high whose flank resembles a human face. Located in Niger State, Nigeria, it is known as the 'gateway to Abuja' and once appeared on the old 100-naira banknote. Visitors typically stop by the roadside on the road north from Abuja to admire it and take photos.

The Abuja National Mosque, in the Central Business District of the Nigerian capital, is the country's iconic Islamic building with striking domes and minarets. It faces the National Christian Centre across the road, symbolising the coexistence of the two religions in the capital. The mosque is open to both Muslim and non-Muslim visitors.
