No.1 Telč
Zámecká Zahrada
The Český Krumlov Castle Garden is an elegant, refined Baroque garden set high above the castle, adding a tranquil, graceful touch of nature and horticulture to this fairytale town — a pleasant place to stroll after touring the castle. Built in the 17th and 18th centuries as the pleasure garden of the castle's noble owners, it follows a classic Baroque and Rococo layout: symmetrical geometric flowerbeds, neatly clipped hedges, straight tree-lined paths, and sculptures, fountains and flowers in between, all expressing the elegance and order of classical garden art. The garden's centerpiece is a magnificent Baroque cascade fountain (Cascade Fountain) adorned with vivid mythological sculptures, with water tumbling down in lively splendor; there is also a uniquely designed revolving open-air theatre (whose auditorium rotates with the play — a precious historic theatre facility), plus elegant pavilions, broad lawns and open views. Strolling the garden, visitors can wander among the formal flowerbeds and hedges, admire the splendid Baroque fountain and sculptures, relax in the open, tranquil grounds, and from the garden's height overlook the old town of Český Krumlov and the surrounding countryside. A leisurely walk through this elegant, tranquil Castle Garden is a delightful, relaxed interlude in the fairytale town (the garden is usually open only in the warm season).

No.2 Telč
nám. Zachariáše z Hradce
The Main Square is Eger's beautiful, lively central square—surrounded by Baroque churches, hero statues and quaint buildings, the heart and living center of Eger's old city, exuding an elegant, cozy Baroque small-town charm. Eger's old-city Main Square (Dobo Square, named after the hero commander of the Eger defense, Dobo) sits at the center of the Baroque old city, the core and living center of this beautiful small town. The square is elegant and beautiful: around it stand elegant Baroque buildings, most striking being the ornate Baroque church on one side (the Minorite Church, with a symmetric twin-tower facade, exquisite and gorgeous, hailed as one of Hungary's most beautiful Baroque churches), solemn and magnificent; on the square stand statue groups commemorating the heroes of the Eger defense (such as commander Dobo and statues of defending soldiers, vividly recreating that moving history, showing Eger's heroic spirit). As the heart of the old city, the Main Square is also where Eger's citizens and visitors gather, rest and activity—open and pleasant, surrounded by cafes, restaurants (terrace seats extending onto the square) and shops; people stroll, sit, drink coffee leisurely, full of vivid, cozy Baroque small-town life (especially lively at dusk and festivals). Strolling or sitting in this beautiful square, admiring the ornate Baroque church and hero statues, feeling Eger's elegant, cozy small-town charm—pleasant and agreeable.
