NMI Museum
Housed in a former hospital on Saipan, the NMI Museum traces the islands from Chamorro and Carolinian roots through Spanish, German and Japanese rule to WWII. Canoes, stone tools, photos and wartime relics tell the story compactly, making it an ideal first stop on Saipan.
Viewpoint
Agingan Point
Agingan Point marks Saipan's southern tip, an open headland facing the Pacific. The clifftop offers wide views over turquoise water and, on clear days, the silhouette of Tinian. Remains of WWII Japanese positions still dot the cape, and sunset makes it a favourite stop on island drives.
Beach & Island
Obyan Beach
Obyan Beach is a white-sand cove on Saipan's south shore, sheltered by a fringing reef. Calm, shallow water makes snorkelling easy even for beginners, with schools of tropical fish just offshore and WWII wreck remains nearby. Shaded and rarely crowded, it is a peaceful half-day escape away from busier beaches.
