Nyungwe National Park, in southwestern Rwanda, is an ancient primeval montane rainforest and one of Africa's best-preserved. It shelters black-and-white colobus monkeys, chimpanzees and many endemic birds, offering superb wildlife watching. Its most unique draw is East Africa's only canopy walkway above the green tree sea, plus trails to waterfalls.
