Introduction

The NTV Great Clock (Nippon TV Daidokei) is a giant mechanical clock on the headquarters building in Shiodome, designed by animation master Hayao Miyazaki and activated in 2006. At the top of each hour its mechanical figures perform a three-minute show — a Shiodome landmark.
