To be honest, I had some concerns at first… but now that the trip is over, I realize those worries were completely unnecessary!I was arranging a short-term travel program in the USA for my daughter on short notice, with specific time and itinerary requirements. Our consultant, YOYO, provided multiple options for me to choose from. Even though it was during the National Day holiday, she always replied to my WeChat messages promptly—sometimes as late as midnight. Her professionalism truly surprised and delighted me.After we confirmed the program, she and her U.S.-based colleagues set up a dedicated group chat, which allowed me to stay in touch with them throughout the entire trip. I always received quick responses and confirmations. As a mother, this gave me an extra sense of security and peace of mind—especially since my 20-year-old daughter was traveling solo.My daughter was also very satisfied with their service. On the first day, it rained and she didn't have an umbrella, so the tour guide lent her his own. The entire itinerary was well-organized, packed with activities, and never felt rushed. The small-group experience was excellent, and the value for money was great.If our family plans any outbound travel in the future, I will definitely choose them again.

I would like to express my special thanks to your company's Customer Service Consultant 189.Our group of six seniors in our 70s traveled together from Shanghai to the United States. From our first inquiry in February to our departure on April 24, and throughout our participation in your East Coast tour, West Coast tour, and Hawaii tour, Consultant 189 provided us with warm, proactive, and meticulous service via WeChat every step of the way – whether it was flight bookings, mandatory and optional tour selections, driver-guide gratuities, or hotel deposit pre-authorization procedures.Three things in particular deserve special mention:For each tour itinerary, Consultant 189 specifically set up a dedicated WeChat group that included five customer service consultants who were always available to answer our questions.When Consultant 189 learned that we had already joined the East Coast tour and were in the process of booking the Hawaii tour, she proactively applied for a fee discount on our behalf. We had no idea such a promotion existed before she told us.When we checked into our final hotel, the front desk suddenly informed us that three people staying in one room would incur an additional charge of $60 – a new policy they claimed had been implemented just days earlier. Upon learning of this, Consultant 189 immediately responded and assured us that she would request a refund from the company after receiving our payment receipt. In the end, the hotel did not actually charge us that extra fee when we checked out, but Consultant 189's enthusiastic service still moved us deeply.Our trip to the United States spanned 27 days, during which we joined three of your tours. The service was attentive, especially the very steady driving. Over a thousand kilometers we went through heavy rain and early snow, with complex and changing conditions, and the vehicle was fairly old — yet the driver kept us safe and stable even at highway speeds. I don't recall a single hard brake over the six days, which put us completely at ease. Even my wife, who gets carsick easily, couldn't stop praising it!

This 9-day Western US trip was thoroughly satisfying. Usitrip's three consultants were attentive and patient, answering all our questions. The Buletrip (Blue Trip) local operator arranged a green business-class Mercedes that was supremely comfortable — ideal for this kind of long-haul travel. Our guide-driver Zhang Hao provided top-quality service throughout, working tirelessly and arranging everything thoughtfully, so that while taking in the beautiful scenery we also felt a warmth and care. He made several stops at off-the-beaten-path spots to accommodate our requests. A genuinely good guide-driver — a five-star, top-quality guide-driver.

Our guide Lu, who led our group, proactively took on the task of photographing everyone, and his commentary and service were thoughtful and warm. Especially memorable: when we left the group yesterday we accidentally dropped a phone on the tour bus floor; we only noticed it was missing after getting off, and hurriedly contacted Guide Lu. He had found it and helped connect us with a traveler staying at another hotel, so we got the phone back quickly. We are deeply grateful!

The trip has ended, packed with experiences. Guide Liu from the actual operating company Buletrip (Blue Trip) was extremely conscientious and responsible. The high-roof Mercedes business-class vehicle with large sofas was very comfortable. Very satisfied.

This itinerary mainly covered Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Yellowstone National Park, among others. Both guides were excellent — XU SHUURKHAI was young and energetic, positive and optimistic, with very pure native pronunciation in both Chinese and English; the Yellowstone-leg guide DANNY CHEN, though older, worked with great passion, patience and attentiveness. The luxury coach on the Yellowstone leg was very comfortable. The only shortcoming is that the American West is vast, so travel between cities was tiring.

We booked this 6-day Eastern US tour for my parents, and I really have to thank our guide Jason! The itinerary was tightly and sensibly arranged — over six days not a single worthwhile sight was missed, and the pace was just right, so the two elders never felt tired following along. My parents don't speak a word of English, but under Jason's attentive care they had no trouble at all — he was especially warm and thoughtful. At every attraction his commentary was on point, and he'd introduce the scenery along the way in real time from the bus. When he saw a good view he'd proactively take photos for them, as good as influencer-worthy shots; on boat rides he'd tell them in advance which seat to take for the prettiest photo — so thoughtful. Having a responsible and enthusiastic guide like Jason made the two elders happy and at ease on this trip. Thank you so much!

Pickup from the hotel was right on time in the morning, and the meeting-point instructions given the day before were very detailed - easy to follow and find. Guide David gave professional bilingual (Chinese-English) commentary throughout. Since it was very hot in summer, he prepared plenty of ice water to help everyone cool down, and would help find very clean restrooms - that was such a nice touch! The itinerary was rich but not rushed, with enough time at each stop to enjoy and take photos.

This guided Western US + Yellowstone tour far exceeded our expectations overall, and the person we most want to praise is our guide — the service was truly impeccable! Our guide knew the entire Western US route well and had a deep knowledge of Yellowstone and Grand Teton's landforms, geothermal features, and wildlife, explaining everything clearly and vividly — from Yellowstone's century-old conservation philosophy to how the various hot springs formed — sharing local culture and trivia along the way so the drive was never boring. He was especially thoughtful and patient, taking care of the whole bus like family, proactively reminding us about Yellowstone's large day-night temperature swings and wildlife-safety precautions, and taking us to off-the-beaten-path photo spots where he snapped many great photos for every traveler (his photography skills are top-notch). There was no forced shopping, and any itinerary, lodging, or dining issue was resolved immediately; when road or weather conditions changed he adjusted flexibly, always putting travelers first. The pace was well balanced, all of Yellowstone's core sights were covered, and lodging and meals were sensibly arranged. Meeting such a professional, warm, and responsible guide abroad made the trip worry-free and reassuring — we highly recommend Guide Divide Zhao and will choose his tours again!

Our Yellowstone trip left a deep impression. While marveling at the natural beauty, I want to express my gratitude to the travel agency — even after such a long drive, the modified vehicle was genuinely very comfortable and we felt no fatigue at all. On June 20, 2026, we had the pleasure of joining a five-day tour of famous Eastern Canadian cities—including Ottawa, Montreal, Quebec City, Mont-Tremblant, and Niagara Falls—organized by Tai Pan Tours.
