Even though it was during the National Day holiday, she always replied to my WeChat messages promptly—sometimes as late as midnight. Her professionalism truly surprised and delighted me.After we confirmed the program, she and her U.S.-based colleagues set up a dedicated group chat, which allowed me to stay in touch with them throughout the entire trip. I always received quick responses and confirmations. As a mother, this gave me an extra sense of security and peace of mind—especially since my 20-year-old daughter was traveling solo.My daughter was also very satisfied with their service. On the first day, it rained and she didn't have an umbrella, so the tour guide lent her his own. The entire itinerary was well-organized, packed with activities, and never felt rushed.
