📍 Destination Overview
Trujillo, in northern Peru, is a historical and cultural center with a mild 'spring-like' climate, its old town colorfully colonial. Highlight: Chan Chan, a UNESCO site and the Chimu capital, the Americas' largest adobe city; the Huacas del Sol y la Luna reveal Moche culture. Each September the Marinera festival honors Peru's folk dance.
