Museo Casa Chihuahua
Museo Casa Chihuahua occupies a former federal palace in the historic centre of the city of Chihuahua — a building begun in the Porfiriato that later served as prison, barracks and government offices. Today it shows state history, independence and revolutionary artefacts, and keeps part of the old prison structure; thick walls, vaults and iron bars let visitors feel the layered past of a building that changed hands repeatedly.

Museo Historico de la Revolucion Mexicana
The Museo Histórico de la Revolución Mexicana is housed in the Quinta Luz in Chihuahua — the home of the peasant-army leader Pancho Villa (Francisco Villa). It displays his personal belongings, weapons, saddlery and many historical photographs; the centrepiece is the Ford motorcar in which Villa was assassinated, its body still pierced by bullets.
