Cube Houses (Kubuswoningen)
The Cube Houses (Kubuswoningen) are Rotterdam's iconic yellow cubes tilted at 45 degrees and perched on stilts, designed by architect Piet Blom and completed in 1984. Around 38 cube dwellings cluster over the Blaak area, their angled geometry inspired by the idea of an urban village of trees.
