Introduction
A public botanical garden of about 8.5 hectares on the west bank of the Humber River in Etobicoke, west Toronto. Once a private estate and operated by the city since 1955, it is known for flower gardens, terraced stone pathways, spring-fed pools and streams, mature trees, the historic James Gazebo and the original 'Red Gables' house.
