Introduction

The Canadian Railway Museum (Exporail, Musée ferroviaire canadien), operated by the Canadian Railway Historical Association, is Canada's largest railway-themed museum, located in Saint-Constant south of Montreal. It houses a collection of more than 200 historic locomotives and cars, telling the story of over 170 years of Canadian rail transport, and allowing close-up views of steam locomotives, streetcars and more inside its large halls.
