Ponte Dom Luís I
Ponte Dom Luís I spans the Douro River in Porto, a steel arch bridge designed by Théophile Seyrig — who had worked with Eiffel — and completed in 1886. Its two decks serve different roles: the upper level once carried a tram and now walkers, linking to the port-wine cellars of Vila Nova de Gaia, while the lower deck meets the riverside old town. From the arch's crest, visitors survey the terraced vineyards and red-roofed houses of the Douro Valley — Porto's most iconic postcard view and one of the finest spots for sunset.

Torre e Igreja dos Clérigos
